In an hour i'm gonna get on a bus with my psychiatric nurse, or murse is i hear you say in the states (since he's male) for some handholding. 13 years since last time i was on one and been really nervous the whole week. coming to a peak right now. calmed down after some di@z, but worried i may have taken a bit too much, 30 mg to be exact. Anyway. wish me luck :)  Hope i'm not to off-topic here, but thought i might feel better sharing with someone.  

 
it went suprisingly well. sure it was stressful and uncomfortable, but i didn't have a panic attack like i feared i might :D  Psych-nurse and di@z helped a lot. since i don't have a driver licence being able to use public transport opens up a whole lot of possibilities for me. this was the first step. Now i'll get to work gradually getting used to it.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
