Is it better to swallow or to chew a benzo pill?

I always chew em or dissolve em under my tongue.. Not 100% sure if this is true, but I believe that chewing them will spread out the surface area of the goodies, and some of the goodies will be absorbed through your mucous membranes, while the goodies that don't get absorbed will go into your stomach. I like to let them melt under my tongue because there is a high concentration of nice veins and capillaries. Seems to be a much faster onset due to absorption.

Yessir, that would definitely be the downfall.. If your looking for your high to have some legs than your prolly better of just swallowing em.

I also agree, I like the under the tongue dissolve method. You know most Benzos can easily cross the blood brain barrier. Also some ESPECIALLY Diazepams can be absorbed through plastic even, the reason why I store all my goods in darkened glass, in a dark place, in the fridge. You don't need the special Amber colored Lab Glass Wares. Others have said just get a "proper" sized glass jar, wrap some dark tape around it & cap. Do not put cotton or desiccants directly touching the product as it will be absorbed away into them.

i usually split them in half or sometimes quarters and swallow,seems to bring on the calming effect quicker for me,tried it under the tongue but hate the bitter after taste it leaves.

never taken the banana or vanilla flavoured bzoes so expect they would be easier to let dissolve sublingually.

theres always the other method which is meant to be quite effective,butt i personally wouldnt bother with it,some pills can be quite large like nitryzam so wouldnt fancy sticking it up there....

I actually notised whenever i drink coke it seems the xanax high gets stronger.. its this true? by the way (sugar freee)

I enjoy a vodka and OJ with lots of ice, never bothers me unless I drink too much. I'm pretty sure most would agree hangovers can be avoided by drinking less. Of course drinking alcohol increases the dangers of using most drugs. Just want to throw that in as a Public Service Announcement. /default_smile.png

I eat them and its always worked fine e for me. I have a friend that chews every one that passes his lips. He swears by it. They taste so god damn bad though. (Speaking only of xanax). I've tried it both ways and can't tell the difference. I try to avoid the taste at all costs.

I'm one of the weirdos who love the taste of benzos, even xan. My personal method is to put it under my tongue until it gets slightly soft, and then mash and abrate it into my lower gums. I swear I can feel it absorbing through my gums and tongue. Once its good and melted sometimes I will wash it down with a sip of soda, bubbles speed up absorption, which is why champagne will give you a quicker buzz than wine
