cl@m breakdown in different solutions?

So has anyone noticed during their research of Cl@m it reacting differently based on what it was or wasn't disolved in or if it sat in solution for a long time?

For example, when dissolved in alcohol (everclear) it appears over time less potent then direct application.  Does the alcohol break down or change the chemistry at all?  Not sure about PG as I haven't done much research using that.

Also, what about metabolism ?  I've heard sublingual it'll absorb faster, but does it metabolize the same as when it goes thru the digestive tract normally?

inquiring minds wish to know. :)

Everclear won't degrade it on its own. The problem with storing your solution using ethanol is that over time it evaporates. Every time you open it a little floats off. Eventually leaving you with a flawed dosage. To be clear, that would make your dose stronger not weaker than you originally planned. PG is the way to go. It's very stable. Cheaper than everclear and will stay good for a long time properly stored. The things that can degrade your solution is light and heat. Use dark glass bottles and keep in a cool dry place for longest life span. Yes sublingually quickens onset but benz0$ have a very high oral bioavailability as well so that's just a preference thing. Sublingual is much quicker because it absorbs directly in the bloodstream. Anything taken orally is metabolized by the liver. Always expect that to be the least effective route speed wise.

P.S if the pg solution is too thick for your taste you can add some ethanol to it to thin it out. But you won't need much. 10% your total volume should be fine

  18. S @ sporidicus: can anyone help me with a chemistry problem? someone purposefully poured powdered sugar into my mag, i need to see if i can clean it off. any chemists here?
