Codeine into Morphine

I have degenerative disc disease with spinal stenosis along with chronic anxiety and panic attacks..i am in constant pain all day long....my dr took me off of my pain meds last year for  a ridiculous reason and lately I took some Tylenol 1 that have 8mg of codeine in them that you can buy without a prescription .i took 2 a day for 5 days but stopped because the caffeine made my anxiety very bad. The last day I took them the Dr did a surprise urine sample and I am wondering if it will sbow up in my urine test?if he drops me as a patient it will be very difficult to find another one.very worried because i failed to mention that i was taking them...will they show up as morphine or codeine on my urine test??

Cod does metabolies in to morph. But they can tell the difference.

Does the Tly 1 have caffeine in it?  If you don't need a script maybe you could try a combo of that and tramz you can get online . I have pain every day too & I really feel youAlso because the cod requires no scrip shouldn't it be outside your "contract" with your pm doc? It's kinda like OTC.
