I have no first hand experience but I hear that they are good and available over the counter 

 
@wolverine I've heard the same. Even 10mg hydro over the counter? I think sinalgen? It's made me think about visiting Columbia.. Mainly for the hydros as they are impossible for me to find in the US..while being the most prescribed medication here...
