C0ncerta is a great medication for ADHD in my experience. The Dr. I have wants to bump up my dosage from 36 mg to 54 mg but is hesitant to transition me to 42 mg for some reason. For some reason I'm extra sensitive to phenidates and feel 54 mg is too much of an increase but maybe he has some information I don't that makes him hesitant to do a small bump rather than a full bump.
I had trouble with generic C0ncerta in my country as the generic formulations aren't as sophisticated and seem to make the crash much worse, so I got my Dr. to request I receive only the name brand formulation with a card that the manufacturer provides to make the price actually less than the generic versions! The stimulation now lasts for 9ish hours and I barely notice any comedown anxiety, irritability and dysphoria. I've had no problems with this version of methylphenid@te and like the fact I only need to take it once a day(if I feel I need the boost).
I'm not a huge stimulant enthusiast so can only compare it to Addies, 3-FPM, m0dafinil and amfonelic acid. I think 3-FPM is actually a bit smoother with no noticeable comedown whatsoever but of course it's not even prescribed and can only be acquired through R.C. suppliers. Compared to Addies, C0ncerta has less psycho motor agitation in my experience and it is slightly less problematic because it is only an NDRI without any NDRA properties; that also means it's more functional than recreational though. I have been offered F0calin XR(dexmethylphenid@te) instead of boosting my dose but I'm debating on whether I want to switch medications in case he doesn't convert the dosage right or I respond poorly.
