Could we get a definitive list of non-KYC Bitcoin / Crypto buying options?

I know there's Bisq for anon transfer/exchange once bought, but buying with Card / Bank transfer seems more difficult with ID / KYC, my ID is out of date so stopping me using the usual places. 

I feel like an upto date list would help quite a few people

Binance, Kucoin, Bitfinex, Coinex, BitForex, Changelly, Bytbit, FTX

Should also be accurate by trading volume in descending order.

Binance.US is apart from Binance and does require KYC I believe - and if in US, you must register with Binance.US.
