Why do people demand their macros be calculated for them? If doing 12 seconds of basic math is too difficult for you then what are the chances you will put in an hours worth of effort for a grueling workout??
Basic info people:
Protein= 4 calories per gram
Carbs= 4 calories per gram
Fats= 9 calories per gram
So if you consume 100 grams of protein, 100x4=400
Consuming 250 grams of carbs is 250x4=1000
Consuming 70 grams of fats is, 70x9=630
1000+400+630= 2030 calories
We have this thing called google. If you eat 5 ounces of say fish. Google it's macros.
Become students of the game people. Take control of your day to day nutrition. If you aren't willing to put in minimal effort to figure out the numbers you so badly desire? Then finding success in the larger scheme of things might be very difficult.
