Just bought a car that the dealer lied to me about. Promised stuff but just rigged it up to look good. The deal was bought as is. Anyone have this kind of experience and if so, what did you do after? Any way to kind of soil there name? Sign up there phone numbers and emails for spam? BBB? LOL!

Was it through a legit dealer or auction???

It was a small dealer. Open 25 years. A customer backed into the car the day before I went there. They said the insurance was going to fix it. Turns out after almost 2 weeks, they just rigged it in place. Found it the next day

 
They called me and said the car was fixed. But the next day I saw it was still damaged. It's been raining crazy so no way of checking it. I called and no response but the sales man did respond to my text. He said he look into it. Smh

 
So I'm still dealing with this issue from the car sales. They keep promising to fix the car and that they are waiting on the part. It's a freaking headlight. I even offered to install it myself if they shipped it to me. And they agreed. That was last week. I called the nearest dealership to them and asked how long it takes to get a part in. He said normal is 2 hours unless it is a speciality part. Then by the afternoon or the next morning. I'm starting to get upset with this place. You guys think I should look into a lawyer? I dont have the agreement in writing, but I do have a bunch of text messages. I am going to go there tomorrow. Sucks it is like an hour away from my home. Fucking used car sales people. SCUM!!!!!!! I apologize to anyone on here that sells cars. LOL! This one guy just sucks!

 
I did visit the car sales on weds. Sucks cause it is like an hour away. They had just barely ordered the headlight tuesday. I've been waiting for 3 weeks. I have had to call and text them every day.  I definitely let then know how I felt. And I think a customer over heard the conversation and walked out and left. I wish they had more more people there to hear this. I'm just waiting to get it and then in going to start reviewing them on every website I can find.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
