Delays Signatures and Bank Cards Questions/Experiences

I placed an order last week from overseas. I received tracking information and it has been in customs since early Monday - I'm unclear if this is a normal time frame.

i cannot find anything regarding the source or product on these forums and so I'm at even more of a loss on what to expect, the source shipped requiring a signature, which I now know is not so great, I also paid with a bank card again I now know, not so great.

any experiences with delays of more than five days, signatures, and/or bank card payments?

 
I don't think I would worry about this too much. More info on general locations (from -to) would be helpful, but if we do not have the vendor on the forum then anything other than that is pretty limited. Have you tried the search function?
