I am making this post to hopefully help newer members realize that in these times it’s often the shipper, not the vendor, at fault with late subscriptions. It’s not to be preachy, just some advice.
The 5-letter used to be impeccable. I did some research yesterday, and learned that there are a lot of issues there. A lot.
So, remember, we aren’t supposed to review until we’ve received. It’s hard to be patient and wait, but these vendors work hard, and can’t control everything. Before calling out a vendor in a thread when something is a day late, please keep this in consideration. Email the vendor, search online for outages, and try to be patient. I lost a really great vendor over something like this when I was new. Don’t be a Gracie.
And this is just about delays- not other issues. Less is more.
