Health comes first. If system is not functioning then you will not grow or lean out optimally.
One thing you will have to tend to is the size of your stomach once you are better to assist with appetite.
It will have shrunk. You will need to rehydrate ANYWAY so you should look to be getting 2gal/day for at least a week on top of your other drinks (coffee, diet drinks, etc).
Remember to keep sodium intake up and uniform daily as well with this. Id incorporate a lot of fruits and veggies the first week to insure health is restored as well as your multi and extra C
Once you feel much better you can jump right in and start crushing it again. Being that you were depleted so long you should get a nice rebound effect and be right back where you started or beyond in a matter of 7-10 days. Definitely keep it clean for at least a week as junk will only deplete you further.
