I’ve only ever done ket in infusions for treatment resistant mental health shit total of 6 of them that did jack shit but give me intense and very unpleasant experiences (didn’t dissociate in a “good way”, became trapped in my head laying there like a bad trip stuck inside myself with my thoughts depersonalized or whatever it’s called) I believe they use S ket for infusions but I’m guessing that because esketamine is what’s in the nasal sprays so idk?

Is R ket more chill less dissociative? Like if you did a small tiny bump of r ket could it be relaxing and chill or no matter what ket is ket and it’s gonna give that non psychedelic type “trippy” feeling out of body exc that I don’t enjoy ?

Thanks much 🙏

Yes Ket R isomer is more of a body high, less head fuck-y and more couch locking. Although it’s still possible to get uncomfortable on it, it just takes more to get there.

I personally like 50/50 ratio of Ket S and R for best all around results. If I were you I’d just start very low and stick to IN for the time being. Slowly work your way up to a dose you’re comfortable with, as opposed to the infusions where they get you close to a hole state and keep it there for the duration of treatment.

Good luck, be safe!
