Hey yall, so i live in Florida , a state where employers can fire you without a reason, because its a right to work state or whatever. So there's not much you can do when you get slammed at work, but there are gray areas where if terminated and there was discrimination or harassment I may have a case with Legal Counsel...but its a company, you know they got lawyers and minions so obviously i am not going to win.

Its not my fault i got the cold at the back end of the flu/common cold season, and now that i am older i haven't got hit with a Upper Respiratory Infection and Strep Throat in a long time, that this one actually hurts more on my back when i cough , the 1st visit to the doc they mis-diagnosed me ,2nd visit got antibiotics and a different kind of cough syrup, all in all i missed a couple days of work, my boss said something slick about my age and i should have these illnesses, obviously they are dinosaurs and lock themselves in their caves, plus this person is super old so they act like shit like colds dont  exist.

The bosses and supervisors are the ones that start fights and look for trouble ,all we want to do at work is make it through the day and not get disrespected or slammed by some managers thats have been there for so long they act like their shit dont stink
