Great leaders don’t sugarcoat shit.

They tell the truth ... no matter how harsh it may be.

If you want to be a great leader…

You have to start having these uncomfortable conversations…

Both with yourself, and your team.

If you really want to help the people around you...

And if you really want to leave a legacy after you're gone…

You need to stop spewing all of the feel good bullshit…

And start saying what’s real.

It's going to sting...

…and your team may think you're an asshole today...

But I can promise you, when they're kicking ass in life ... they will thank you for always being honest with them.
