Dose Fentanyl 100mg Patches show up on a swab test?

I have 4 Fentanyl 100mg Patches that I would like to use but my job does random drug testing. Does fentanyl patches show up on a swab test? If they do then for how many days?

urine definetly swab don't know. But fentanyl dors not have a long halfe life. hope its a little help.

The answer would depend on a couple of missing facts. First, what specific type of swab test is it? A five panel, a 12panel, or one of these with add ons? They can be customized.

I do have some good news. Fentanyl's metabolite, norfentanyl, would have to be specifically tested for, however it is always possible to throw a false positive, so be careful.

In an NIH study I read that fentanyl, in their study, was undetectable in all pts after 96 hrs, or four days. These were surgical pts, not regular users.

In my old job, i was randomly tested frequently, but fentanyl and it's metabolite were not in the panel, although every thing else was. I hope this helps @Topnotch20
