DRY EYE TREATMENT

Spouse has had severe/chronic dry eye diagnosis for some time. It's pretty common, but preferred treatment is Rx for Restasis, which is ridiculously expensive here. Doc says try Canadian pharmacy ... No samples ever ... Over-the-counter stuff ineffective. 

Where/How do U find relief?
