Seems that NL has completed the comments portion of the law making process, here is one of the comments.

Amendment of the Opium Act due to new psychoactive substances

This bill regulates a ban on certain, frequently occurring, groups of new psychoactive substances (NPSs) and aims to protect public health and hinder production and trade in NPSs. These are substances that are very similar in effect to those that have already been banned and that are produced to circumvent drug legislation.

@Admin any chance we can sticky this just so people see it? 

I think it would be good for people to know this could mean at very least a major interuption on some RCs if not the end of some.
