Fake nalbuphine

No manufacturer, no route specification, no lot number. Looks like a laser printed label slapped on a vial of God knows what.... your thoughts?

That would be the strangest thing to fake!  At least from the perspective of someone living in the US i guess.   It def looks like the VERY least amount of effort was taken to make that label!  l They didn't come in boxes or anything?
