Fed up is MY 5 letters!

I need to vent. They (5letter) Pissed me off today.

I usually have good luck with 5-letter. USUALLY.

But sometimes they piss me off! And it always seems to happen when I donate for a larger publishers stories than usual.

Today was another winner ! Vend gets it signed sealed and off for deliver, but the shrooms at 5-L decided “oh hell- it looks like xxxxxx on the mag label, but instead of just pointing it that way, let’s become lazy, have it “accidentally “ fall into a northern bookstore, and top it off let’s not even update anyone, let’s make him sweat until hours later and finally show where the lost and found child with ice cream cone was found, but never explain why, and never express any sympathy.

Just let me know my kinda needed book that I needed for class TODAY won’t be available to me until tomorrow. Ho hum. We don’t care. Hey we told you where it wandered off to, now ya gotta wait till tomorrow to read.

Yea it could be worse and be lost for good I get it. But can these people show any sympathy? Point A to Point B is NOT that difficult guys/gals!
 
I've heard thst alot of five letter packs are late as fuck lately. Mine was supposed to get here tomorrow and now it says days later so...idk. they're having problems maybe.
Yea I was trying to tell you in your post - not sure if I was clear - vend hands off to running back no problem - and typically based on my stomping grounds, Santa always makes the first pee pee stop at the Tom Hanks Castaway Memorial in TEnn... Which is normal and fine - but ALWAYS when he stops to pee there they have some whacked out status change - like last week - instead of Santa leaving they placed some crazy false status adjustment on my mags as if to look like maybe delays due to severe weather etc, etc... So I really have little to ask because 5 Letter "help" is AI robot. Then I remembered that 5 Letter has live people that on occasion can be helpful. But they have NO idea why my date was changed at 5AM from landing "that" day to after the weekend. Then on it's own - the status changed back with again no explanation and thankfully reported to its destination and all was well.

But 5 Letter has HORRENDOUS customer service. the AI only shows info you already kind of know and the college kids that sit and respondon X or face boo just give out premade by mgmt answers and 2 out of 10 times ( i've had that many issues past few years ) you might get a kid who has real clear info about where your mags are and why.

I don't get after being in business so many decades why 5 Letter has 0 level ratings for customer service. You can't get a simple answer but have to deal with their anxiety of not receiving mags for 72 hours !!

I know my “vent” here may read confusing. If so, anyone can DM me and I’ll cut to chase so as not to clog the forum here
