Fent Patch Buccal dosage

so ive had several f/ent patches in the stash for quite some time now . ran out of my other goodies . so i'm finally going to test a 25 mcg patch, buccally. i have done a decent amount of research, and its going to happen so leave your dismisses and advice to throw away at the door. I'm not an opiate naive individual messing with fire. i just want to get a better understanding of equivalent amounts when you take BUCCALLY. i currently take 50 -60 mg insufflated oxy a day but just ran out. 

so i ve read with the 25 mcg patches ive had ( they are all different amounts of fent, even by brand) that mine are 2.75 mg f/ent total. ive read that this would be equivalent to 120 mg morph  a day were i taking it transdermally. so if  this patch is worn over 2 1/2 to 3 days , it would be 120 x 3 lets say so 360 mg morph? 

ive also read on another source that that is innacurate information and a 2.75 patch would be 160 -190 mg morph TOTAL. 

am i on the right track here? to be safe i was thinking how ( if a 25 mcg patch were hypothetically 300 -360 mg morph, then i could handle a quarter of one quite easily. 

lets even say that we cut that quarter in half and the break it to 1/8ths . that would either be an equivalency of 25 / or 45 mg morph per piece tops. morph is half the strength of oxy, so safe dosage would be a maximum of 4 pieces, or two pieces   at first. 

my math is not precise, im just being rough with it but yeah could anyone enlighten me. these are NOT gel patches.

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.

  20. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 In my state to get a Real ID, I need SS card, Birth Certificate and two proofs of residency. Which I am positive I had to provide to get a new ID when it had been expired.
