First False for coke now False for coke and meth????????

Ok I've been in and out of the ER cause of seizures lately. My first visit I came up positive for coke. Last time came up postive for coke and meth. I've never used meth in my life. And I think I used coke once in high school. So like WTF???? 

Ive been racking my brain and researching and besides the coke i can't find anything I take that would cause a false positive for meth. I've never done it before. I'm not a speed drug type user. So I'm super confused. 

Any help would be appreciated. It's been a long 4 weeks sorry I haven't been on like I use too.

 
OK, I'm not real experienced with either of these matters, but I have read repeatedly the following:

Taking Pseudoephedrine decongestant has been known to make someone test + for Methamphetmine.  (I take a moderate amount of Pseuodephedrine due to sinus headaches when I'm in weather pressure changes.

Cocaine- no idea!!!  I defer to others who may have some insight...

Ok I take sudafed too. That makes more sense. Thanks. The ER would not even retest me.

Oh BTW experienced coke once in high school and never have tried meth. Not my type of high. I'm more of a downer person.

I can relate, well, actually, I can clearly and distinctly REMEMBER having that same feeling - for almost 20 years.  Then things changed in my life and perhaps my biochemistry to where the reverse (downer) isn't a fit...meaning: even 1/2 of a glass of alcohol, any type, any setting, depletes my energy completely and makes me want to be ALONE and cry.  As far as the ole MJ goes, wayyyyyyy wayyyyy don't like it - I can't control my thoughts and the sleepiness "hangover" of MJ (last I tried, about ten years ago) is much much worse than alcohol..

So, how is it going with the false test results?  Let us know whenever (or if!) you feel like sharing :)
