Anybody experience with Garcinia Cambogia

Not personally, but my GF says it helps her to keep weight off. She's slim and trim but walks miles every day and I'm sure that's what is really doing it. I'm interested to see if anyone has experience with this as well.

 
I took garcinia for like a week did nothing..

but i did raspberry keytones, which burn food into energy and i have to say it is the only thing that really works..

I took 400mg in morning half hour before breakfast and then 400mg half hour before dinner...i did end up losing a fair amount of weight in a few short months..

but u also need to stick to a healthy diet....i did one cheat day but with one yummy thing added...:) so that i wouldnt crave it and grab it all week..

lost about 20 pounds...

im looking to go on it again,,went to the stores to price it just the other day..:)

 
My mom did that years ago, does it really work?  How well does allie work?  I wanted to try it bit its expensive...

 
Clenbuterol and yohimbe... That's what most bodybuilders take when we prep.  I can't Speak for anyone else, but I stay fatty-boom-ba-latty the rest of the year.  ?

 
I always dropped my starchy carbs back in my youth boxing days, just took fruit/veg carbs and protein with some fats. And get wrapped in cling film and skip for 30 minutes to drop those last few ounces for a weigh in.
