Well the most obvious one is to give blood. This is something that anyone on cycle for extended periods of time should be doing. How often? Opinions vary. I would say 2-3x a year would suffice, but some would disagree and say more often. If you have issues there really is no reason to discuss other methods, this is your solution.
Be sure you are sleeping properly. Many of us are HEAVY and apnea and breathing obstruction can cause an elevation in RBC count (insufficient oxygen).
I wont even state the obvious about AAS increasing RBC along with a few primary culprits.
A baby aspirin can help reduce the viscosity of the blood (thickness) due to elevated RBC count, but will not alter RBC count.
