Just want to say hello and introduce myself. I've been a chronic pain patient for nearly 20 years. With the new 'guidelines' I'm finding it necessary to take a more active role in my treatment. I hope to learn a lot here as well as help if anyone can benefit from my experiences. I'm not very computer savvy but am currently reading as much as I can on the forum to learn what I can, retaining it is easier said than done!

 
Hello and welcome @Sue, that's the way to do things also, reading/researching is the best way to get on here! Have a good look around regardless, I trust we will be of use to  your pain issues.

  9. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Oh god! Way too much nuance and variation between Mars, Milky Way, and 3 musketeers. There’s was a special mars that had almond. A Mars bar from the UK is closer to a snickers than a traditional mars. What a rabbit hole though.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
