I had an illestomy from ulcerative colitis. No large intestine. Pain is radiating from upper left (my left) and middle where belly button is.

Lately i have been sn0rting a ton of fake m3Os (at least 7 per day). Im noticing my upper guts are starting to give me a lot of pain and im walking hunched over. I ended up puking a few times. I'm worried it might be a small bowel obstruction however when i take laxatives I am getting watery output. This morning I started to drink a ton of water and I puked up last nights dinner. Pain has gone down somewhat. Currently moved away from fake 30s to H3roin, c0k3 and kol0npin.

I am going to eat mushed foods, castor oil, lots of water, stimulative laxative and try to keep it simple no fiber or steak.

Ouch, no solutions here but hope you recover quick!

Could be an obstruction. I've had surgery for 2. Full midline with a couple attempted lapros

I second that it could be an obstruction. I had one. But I also get something called SIBO fairly often because of an issue with my small intestine. Slow Motility is a cause of SIBO. Your pain sounds like mine when I have it. However, I also get swelling in the URQ when it’s active.

When I had my 1st, I had my meckles and 2ft of small bowel. Now if I have gas pains that's typically where I feel them. And of course, I start worrying.

Yo, I know no one wants to be on food restriction with an ng tube in. But it could even be adhesions from previous as well and they can attach to whatever

Yes, I already had adhesions removed- I can’t tell you how many abdominal surgeries. My organs were apparently stuck in a ball. I follow a low FODMAP diet to help with that issue.

I've heard horror stories. Ugh that sounds awful and it worries me more than I should allow it to.

You can get massage to break up scar tissue. It hurts, but you can only have them removed once is what I was told at the time. I’m sorry you have this to worry about.

I worry to much inherently anyway. If a bag is in my future, so be it. Sounds like you had it pretty bad and o.p., I hope everything is well with you. Please update if you get the chance.

I was told high impact exercise and mega hydration which for me is fairly difficult In my line of work and location but I maintain that as much as possible. Much of the info I got on diet from doctors was conflicting. I went vegetarian for a year after my first one. Until my second. So, I keep miralax, solace, cal citrate for last resort.

Ime, no pain greater in my life so bad as feeling like your insides are about to rupture. No amount of any iv pk can touch it I have no metric to compare it to being a male. Last time I was in a total of 14 days and was emaciated to a point I weighed 134.6 pounds at 6.4. I got a dual lumen pic-line, clinimix, clinimix-e for nutrition, 24 bags of potassium and a resting heart rate of 40. I truly thought a was checking out. Doc came in and said "you ready for surgery?" Yes, run it let's do this.....woke up, checked, no bag. Yessss. Amd again checked out with no opis which is an achievement for me

Hope to hear from o.p. hope all is well

I have the worst constipation from only 2mg of buprenorphine daily, prune juice prune juice prune juice every day. That's my life right now
