I'm new but not really. Been doing this a long time and know most of the regulars but haven't been active in forum life of late. Hope all are well and shall help where I can.
 
Hello and welcome. It seems like there are plenty of people here who have been around the block a few times, so to speak. It's always good to hear other's experiences and pick up some wisdom.
