I have been lurking for a while but I have used IOP's for over 12 years now. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks and these forums are a godsend. Just a shout out to the ADMIN and everyone who is so helpful on this forum. I know this is a late introduction but hello to all and good luck in your purchases.
