Hi all,

I'm new here - 45 year old male. I just recently moved to NYC and don't really
know many people, which is why I came to this forum. I have never done any international shopping

before and am not really sure how it works and I am a bit leery. I guess I will read as many old threads
as possible and see if I can figure it out.  I would love to get any advice from the
experienced members, I have chronic shoulder and leg pain so I am hoping to
find something in a hurry.
