Hello everyone, Parkinson's and spinal degen here

Hi, and hope everyone is having a low-pain day!

I'm almost 50, diagnosed with Parkinsons at 35. I'm one of the 'lucky' ones (hahaha) that experiences crazy pain issues with the wild muscle cramps/spasms from this stupid disease

 Also have degenerative disc disease, and everyone knows how difficult it is to access appropriate medications. 

Always glad to chat about these conditions or whatever is on your mind
