Just wanted to say a quick 'hi', I'm new to all of this, so trying to read a bunch to get me started!

Welcome! Definitely read as much as possible. Like you said, there’s a lot of info! This is the first of its kind I have experience with too. There is a lot of knowledge and help, though. 😊

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
