Although not new to the IOP world, I am a complete newb to this forum.  I've made many, many, IOP mistakes along the way which I hope to fix using the wisdom of you fine folks on this board.  Heck with all my mistakes, I should be able to share some valuable 'how not-to' information that may help someone else.  I am both a retired and disabled vet btw.
