Although not new to the IOP world, I am a complete newb to this forum.  I've made many, many, IOP mistakes along the way which I hope to fix using the wisdom of you fine folks on this board.  Heck with all my mistakes, I should be able to share some valuable 'how not-to' information that may help someone else.  I am both a retired and disabled vet btw. Welcome Cf! You are a true hero, thank you for serving our country so the rest of us can live the lives we have free from terror and inhumanity. If you are in need of pain killers don't use the OP's, use the Mexicans. Just read up, you'll be fine.
