Hello

new to the group. I have chronic cluster headaches (more intense than a migraine). I look forward to the support and assistance of my new family/ support group.   I have no triggers but stress definitely plays a part, but once it starts it takes a lot to get relief.  I am currently traveling in OZ and having a great time!  As the environment is beautiful as anything I have ever seen.
