Help with F e n t pop

Hello all, I have 1 16@@ mcg pop. It's a little worrying with all the warning on the box. Although I wouldn't consider myself as having a low tolerance I'm certainly not taking around the clock opiate medication. I'm assuming I could leave it in for a few minutes and then take it back out ?

put the pop in by your cheek,  twist it here and there..

usually u would leave it in ur mouth no more then ten 15 minutes..u dont suck on it like a normal lollipop...u let it absorb into ur cheek by doing what i explained above /default_smile.png

since u dont want it that strong, i would suggest a shorter time..

it take a few for it to hit you as ff3nt usually does so use some and wait and go from there..
