Hey there guys  :mellow:

I found the site after almost reaching the end of my tether. I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks. I experienced my first one whilst to young to realise what was happening & was so afraid to mention it to anyone.

Over the years i eventually suffered less and less until they stopped altogether. Then sadly they came back with a vengeance and initially my doctor was fantastic he prescribed me with the usual diazepam.

Sadly he retired and all his patients were handed over to other doctors in the practice. My new doc told me that things had to change and told me that I would have to begin a gradual reduction program. I tried to treat this as a positive thing but as I reduced lower and lower things went t*ts up.

I held on for as long as I could but eventually knew that I would have to try to get my medication from elsewhere and after much research I found this site.

Have a look over the forum rules if you haven't already, and get reading and researching! This is generally a friendly place, and a great community of member's with a wealth of experience. M @ Mammasboi123: Also, keep in mind that if a thread topic doesn’t already exist for a particular mag after searching for it, for a particular msg you’ve got questions on, you can always open a new thread under the appropriate section to get member feedback. I only mention doing it this other way due to there being a rule against members/vendors advertising or soliciting mags via the Shout Box. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets removed at some point.
