Hey there guys  :mellow:

I found the site after almost reaching the end of my tether. I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks. I experienced my first one whilst to young to realise what was happening & was so afraid to mention it to anyone.

Over the years i eventually suffered less and less until they stopped altogether. Then sadly they came back with a vengeance and initially my doctor was fantastic he prescribed me with the usual diazepam.

Sadly he retired and all his patients were handed over to other doctors in the practice. My new doc told me that things had to change and told me that I would have to begin a gradual reduction program. I tried to treat this as a positive thing but as I reduced lower and lower things went t*ts up.

I held on for as long as I could but eventually knew that I would have to try to get my medication from elsewhere and after much research I found this site.

Have a look over the forum rules if you haven't already, and get reading and researching! This is generally a friendly place, and a great community of member's with a wealth of experience.   12. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Oh god! Way too much nuance and variation between Mars, Milky Way, and 3 musketeers. There’s was a special mars that had almond. A Mars bar from the UK is closer to a snickers than a traditional mars. What a rabbit hole though.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
