Overall, personally I'm just asking clientele for efficiency. I've never been happy not to answer any question, not for a second. And we treat all our customers the best we possibly can. Ive had 5 customers orders update tonight on the other side of the US that didnt even get their initial scan. 0 movement from label created till it landed in their city 3 days later
