Not sure if I ever introduced myself. I'm from KY originally.

Just had a school shooting in the area where I grew up....(Benton, KY)

Been watching this on local news. Had one 20 yr ago in another school. (Heath)

I worked in the public schools for over 35 yrs. This has been a rough morning.

I'm so sorry to hear about the school shooting..I hope no students were killed in it?

It makes me sick knowing how evil kids are these days to be able to MURDER other human beings..humans that they probably know.

How is that even an option when you're dealing with something. whether its bullying..jealousy, etc..but to murder another human is plain evil. Definitely some mental problems there, on top of other things like lack of parenting. Maybe the mom didn't hug them enough, or too much. Regardless, it's not something any kid should have to worry about when attending school.

All I had to worry about when at school was if the ugly, mean lunch lady was there today because if she was then we didn't get the brownies for lunch. Only the stale cookies. lol. 

But again, welcome to the forum Joe, this is a great place with even better members. Most are very nice and helpful so if you have any questions, please ask. At the same time..read a lot..then read more. Most of the time if you have a question it has already been answered. Cheers, mate!

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America.
