New here from the Deep South NOLA, just wanted to say hi and after (lurking) around for hours , you people in here seem nice, and very knowledgeable in lots of areas of diff questions, looking forward to making some new friends, feel free to say hello! 

 
Hello burd, welcome, this is a great community and forum! Check out the rules and advice for new members thread etc, and read up on what you are interested in. Search function is a great tool also, but don't be afraid to ask a question if you get stuck.

@2 Earls..  I have to agree with you  I love New Orleans...  Loved Hawaii a little more but NO is up there!  Completely different places   :-)

  13. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Oh god! Way too much nuance and variation between Mars, Milky Way, and 3 musketeers. There’s was a special mars that had almond. A Mars bar from the UK is closer to a snickers than a traditional mars. What a rabbit hole though.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
