How do you create your own Quote?

It says on the bottom right hand side of the page, above the bitcoin price, that all members can add their own quote by clicking on +Create then Quote, but when I click on +Create I only see Topic and Event. Does anyone know how to add your own quote? Thanks!!!

 
I REALLY want to put up a quote here and there.. but seems to be gone @Admin? Any info is appreciated when you have the time! No worries or rush.
Thanks, for now I'll just drop a status. The site seems to be running well, I get error's but.. I think it has to do w/ clearing history cache(or lack of one, being on "incognito" mode?) /default_smile.png
