Just curious & wanted to exchange experiences/thoughts. I thank you for your candor 🙏🏽

Right on

But @WTF7218

What’s the water in nasal spray?

For injections, the bacteriostatic water has Benzyl Alcohol (which disinfects the 💉)

How do nasal stay sterile???
The spray packs come with a saline solution. Plenty of people make their own nasal sprays by getting their own supplies, and I’ve seen a variety of things mentioned here and on reddit that people use for the solution in their sprays. I preferred getting the spray packs from BP because it has everything you need and gives you detailed instructions on how to make the spray and how many mg you get per spray. And I like to support Bunk police because they’re an awesome company that specializes in harm reduction - they sell all kinds of testing strips/kits and other items like the spray packs.

Back in the hood, there were OGs who used your nasal spray trick for their opium.

After my college years, I worked as a PM for a local construction company, right?

….. I swear to Jesus that our CFO was doing nasal sprays — every fucking 30 minutes, when he constantly went to the bathroom!!!

He’d come out like he sniffed glue, or bumped cocaine, or inhaled a popper 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Nasals, man…. News to me‼️

Thank you for sharing though @WTF7218

To each their own. This is why I ask 🤓

Injektion in eine Vene oder einen Muskel.

For many, the choice to never inject anything is a wise and commendable one. I personally do because I decided to start using 'em going into my 0p1 addiction a long time ago and I never stopped. I became desensitized to them, which I'm sure, many others here can relate to.

I will not use needles when the bioavailability of the magazine I'm reading does not warrant their use. There are some magazines that no one should ever be reading with needles, period. That may very well be one of the strangest sentences I've ever written. That painted an interesting image in my mind. I find it wasteful to read k3t mags without needles, but it isn't just about that. I also enjoy being quickly swooped from reality, and pushed into a warm hole. 😏 Some may not have an issue with 💉, but don't enjoy the experience when paired with this specific magazine. I love it, though. Gotta make sure to get the needle out fast.

Of course, harm reduction should always be practiced, regardless of how you read different magazines.

I, for one, have used PEDs for over 20yrs now. So needles & IM shot have never been a problem.

I don’t do IV shots. And to be honest, I loathe tattoo sessions!! I always need 2-3 benzos before getting inked.

Ketamine: I can’t see myself snorting it (because that’s what druggers do). And I don’t want to smoke it (because that would be a significant waste)

So naturally, as someone how uses peptides from time to time — it just make common sense for me to mix my KETA w/ some BA bacteriostatic water.

I’ve had 0.00 problems using this program.

I just have to sterilize my beaker cup before making my solution. It all comes down to bacteria. 🚫

Easy peasy 👨🏼‍⚕️

I know you can sprinkle KETA into 420

However, I’m sure KETA shards can be used in a m3th pipe, right?

They look very very similar. I’d imagine their melting points would be similar as well.

** If Richard Pryor was freebasing cocaine powder in a m3th pipe — I’m sure Ketamime shards would burn super nicely in an oil burners

I have always been about the IM with K, and although I've done plenty of IV Coke, never have tried IV K. For a few years I was IM'ing 400mg a Day, I was also vending, so the cost wasn't crazy to support this habit. I am not Vending anymore, just a user, and can't afford to be a daily K user, but it really helped me with depression, I was dealing with the death of a loved one and Ketamine helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I totally get why Hollywood elite like Matt Perry loved this drug, and was very sad to see it led to his death. Don't do drugs ALONE in the Hot Tub, BOYS AND GIRLS!!!!

@LaloSalamanca , thank you for sharing your story. I am sorry for your loss. Glad to hear you’re doing better now.

#1: RIP to Chandler Bing 🖤🖤🖤

I can still remember his cameo on an episode from the 1st season of 90210 (1990-91)

Matthew Perry: All-time great & HOF actor 💯

He was hands-down my favorite FRIENDS character from day 1. He was a total comedic & social role model for me — for decades.
————————————————

Sadly, he died — just days before my dear Grandmother passed away. Autumn 2023 was a fucking rough, rough times indeed:

- I lost my favorite childhood actor (who literally helped to shape my social persona) ……. to another senseless, preventable Hollywood early death ☠️

Then days later, I lost the best friend — the woman who primairily raised me since I was born 💔

** 420 + benzos were my main vices for months; but all is good now
————————————————

KETA noticeably helps to numb EVERYTHING. Therapeutically, it’s definitely an amazing drug.

It seems to be exponentially safer than benzodiazepines & other useless psych meds, used for depression & insomnia. Plus, KETA has little to no hangovers,

Totally functional — after a nice, long, necessary nap 😴💤💤 Definitely helps to reset my mental state
———————————————

My current KETA (from @iamgroot) has been very promising. I can definitely see/feel the long term benefits. We shall see how long I’ll be self-medicating with this compound.

But everything is looking great & feeling great, thus far

Stay blessed 🙏🏽

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. There are no words that can ease the depth of pain that comes with losing someone you love. Grief is incredibly difficult, and there is no right way to navigate it. The memory of those we have lost lives on through us. Their legacy is carried in the way they touched the lives of those around them. I hope you're doing better, now. If you ever want to talk, I'm always happy to listen.

I also used to use ❄️ intravenously. There were many times where I did way too much and thought I was going to die... but, man, the rush is amazing. I would say that using k intramuscularly is better than intravenously because it has the same bioavailability, takes effect quickly, but gives you more time to safely remove the needle and situate yourself.

I enjoy hearing stories like this, as they highlight how different substances can enrich our lives, in contrast to the many stories we often hear about substance use causing harm and destruction. It's really all about balance. I can relate to you when it comes to k3t@ helping with depression. It works very well for that.

To quote John Krystal, chief psychiatrist at Yale medicine “With most medications, like v@l1um, the anti-anxiety effect you get only lasts when it is in your system. When the v4liyum goes away, you can get rebound anxiety. When you take k3t@mine, it triggers reactions in your cortex that enable brain connections to regrow. It’s the reaction to k3t@mine, not the presence of k3t4mine in the body that constitutes its effects”

K is interesting, because it can help improve our mental health by encouraging the brain to form new connections. It increases the release of glutamate, a chemical in the brain that triggers a process which strengthens existing pathways and creates new ones. k3t can help us rewire our brains, which is amazing. I'm happy to read that it helped you so much, especially while you were going through such a difficult time.

Did using that amount daily cause you any negative side effects?

Yeah man, I was very sad to hear about his death. There are too many preventable ones.

I'm happy to hear that k3t is helping you so much, and I'm sorry to read about your struggles. Just be careful, my friend. Using k everyday can be dangerous. Balance is everything. Take a little break every once in awhile. If you end up in a situation where you find yourself having to urinate often, and/or you're experiencing lower abdominal cramping—that's your body telling you that it's time to take a breather.

One of the most common problems with chronic k3t@ use is urinary tract and bladder problems.

Brother,

I’ve been in the hospital twice in 1yr for renal/kidney issues.

Thank you so so much for that heads up @Robotanical ‼️

Potential life-saving advice, right there

Normal addiction side effects:

- cold, excessive sweating
- lack of appetite
- malnourished at times
- attention issues
- brain fog
- loss of time
- memory loss
- constipation
- dehydration
- insomnia
- inconsistent sleep
- no libido
- sleep eating
- can’t wait to get home 💉

You know…. All the usual fun stuff 🥵

1000% less roid rage though!!!

In my humble opinion: the therapeutic benefits of KETA, far far far outweigh the negative downsides of this medicine.

Just like everything else in life — we must chill, respect & use these medicines “as needed.”

Not all day everyday — at savage dosages 🚫

Yeah for sure. It's always good to know what your limit is and respect it.
I agree that the therapeutic benefits of k outweigh the potential negative side effects. I believe balance is key, as it is with everything.

I hope that you're having a relaxing Tuesday, man. ☮

Apologies for responding out of order here, but of course! Enjoy reading your k3t mags, just try to maintain a healthy relationship with them. I know that is easier said than done.

Brother,

I’ve been in the hospital twice in 1yr for renal/kidney issues.

That sounds awful, what was the cause? Did you end up hospitalized for most of that year? That sounds like a shitty year, to say the least. I hope that you're doing better now. All the more reason to be careful when it comes to binge reading this magazine.

Hospitalizaed twice (both 1yr apart, during the summer months) My old body is having trouble dealing with this global warming situation 🌏

Turns out my kidneys failed a few times & they basically broke me back from renal failure at least once.

2023 = 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

But everything happens for its reasons‼️

I 100% just needed a wake-up call.
“SLOW THE FUCK DOWN” 😇

Waking up in ICU twice in 1yr; amongst a much of other life / family traumas ……

It’s been humbling, for sure

2023 will forever be the year that changed my life — permanently 💔

Veins / Blood has always freaked me out 🤓

IM shot = flu/vaccine locations

Steroids / PEDs = buttcheeks, stomach, shoulders
