Hey pals,

so I thought I’d share one of my diet plans I’ve used with female athletes very successfully. I’m not a PT by profession but I am a Professional in the industry. Real life + academic experience as opposed to a 3 month online course and they think they know how to train you. Anyway as recently as this year my friend followed this and it brought her down from 170 to around a comfy 134-135. No teas, starvation, pills just dedication and a lot of sweaty tears in the gym. But we’re all guilty of that...eh right?

This isn’t easy but nothing in life obtainable is, if you need any help I’m always here. So we begin...

My diet plan:

I look to keep the carbs between 150-200g a day up. Tone it down further if you get that stage itch to some more detail in. Also please come see me if you do.

4:45am PRE-CARDIO
5 Eggs (4 Whites, 1 Whole)
1/2 cup Oats

*****CARDIO 60 MIN****** Walking or Stairs

6:45am Post Cardio
Protein Shake and Apple

11:30a Chicken with Green Veg

9:30a 2 Rice Cakes with PB

2:30p Tuna with Salad

Pre Gym Meal
Lean meat with (35g of carbs) Brown rice and Green Veg

*****WORKOUT WEIGHTS+ 20 MIN CARDIO*****

8:30pm Lean Meat with Small Pasta (35-45g portion) Read the box for portion sizes

Keep water intake up, 4L min.

Vitamins
Fiber (Usually one pill three times a day with food)
B12 complex
Vitamin E (400 min)
Flax Seed Oil (3 Times a day, is the usual dosage)

No Banana

Extra Protein is fine. You can also add in a berry smoothie as a snack.

You don't need to measure it out exact, I don't.

Smoothie
1 Cup Berries (Blueberries, raspberries are best, lowest sugar)
2 Cups Spinach
1-2 Table sp Chia Seeds (these little guys are amazing! They help stabilize your blood sugar levels so cravings don't seem too bad, prebiotic, fuller longer, energy, liver health, on and on)
Water - as you need to blend
Splash of Pomegranate juice

And that’s it! I hope this helps.

Peace ✌️

  1. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Seahawks going to win this but it would be a great comeback story for the patriots and a monster play for maye and the squad
  2. Professor_ @ Professor_: Good Morning everyone
  3. shoutback @ shoutback: Coach will get Woolen straightened out.
  4. shoutback @ shoutback: Yessir but I think he may have matured and he is showing steadiness during crunch time. All you can ask of anyone. He has answered the call so far.
  5. M @ meepmoopmeep: Darnold sometimes does Darnold things but otherwise a skilled QB
  6. M @ meepmoopmeep: @shoutback he seriously needs to be benched for being a jackass who almost cost the seahawks the game
  7. shoutback @ shoutback: @meepmoopmeep that Woolen situation was atrocious
  8. shoutback @ shoutback: 2018 draft
  9. shoutback @ shoutback: At least football is something we all can agree on. I'm happy for Darnold. Crazy to think he is the 1st of that 2018 to make it to the SB
  10. shoutback @ shoutback: Squack Squack mfers lol j/k but yeah go fucking Seahawks!
  11. M @ meepmoopmeep: sad that the rams aren’t advancing but saw it coming from a mile away. go seahawks!
  12. shoutback @ shoutback: GO HAWKS!
  13. L @ Layne_Cobain: Stidham played well enuff to win until that late pick that ended it ;( hate the pats hope Sammy and the Seahawks can handle em that defense is fierce but the offense isn’t as explosive as the rams and obviously he ain’t the caliber of Matthew stafford but anyways, go Hawks!!!
  14. M @ meepmoopmeep: But the hawks played better and earned their SB spot
  15. M @ meepmoopmeep: Riq Woolen being an absolute clown and handing the rams a TD for unsportsmanlike behavior at the sidelines
  16. shoutback @ shoutback: What about them HAWKS!
  17. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Come on Stidham!
  18. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Now that's interesting...
  19. L @ Layne_Cobain: McCarthy to the yinzers
  20. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: *offensive line
