i have been blacklisted from WU

so unfortunately i can no longer use WU for their services, i am blacklisted form sending to same receiver over and over, the unfortunate thing is i am shit out of luck prob, unless i find a hole in the wall grocery shop that will let me do WU at agent location without asking for my ID, maybe i can use a bogus name.

Will WU report me to Law Enforcement? how big of a threat is WU to me blacklisting me? i googled it and find out they BLACKLIST allot of ppl who use their services for online gambling (poker) usually gets ppl banned from their services....

argh now i cant use any vendor really , had 2 good ones i dealt with....

lesson #1 dont be greedy and spread your orders over time, not like me every 3weeks or 2weeks another wu transaction, now i fked myself

waiting on pending charges from WU to be reverse and get my money back!

WU IS SHADY, questions like your being interrogated, i had to call WU to find out wtf am i being denied so apparently sending to the same person is considered suspicious , i should of told them i pay your salary bitch and i got a mail order bride i am trying to fly over to the US and bang :/ , FU WU

Anyway...Throw in a middle initial. Change the phone # and address on the account and you are no longer you. You have Walgreen where you're at? Pretty handy little computer kiosks and then you pay at the counter. Like developing photos off a SD card type deal..

I have had a certain old women at Wal-Mart tell me they weren't comfortable processing my transaction. ...apparently my "crazy brother going to college in southern california has a new girlfriend in Tijuana" story wasnt flying.

Isn't there a safe limit for the number and amount you send ? For example, you can send 500 in a year before they need to verify you, so you can continue sending  more. But if you only send 499 and wait 12months from first transaction the limit  resets and know need to verify.  I would think something like that might work for the same receiver maybe

The last time I tried I was questioned to death, SS, BD and all kinds of questions I told them drop it and I have never used them again! It's interesting to me that a business in which the service they provide make it so difficult to do so. Really I believe vendors need to take notice and be more creative in accepting p-@yments!  Just my two cents..

There's just no telling what their criteria for blacklisting is...I send to the same area (but different receiver) every week from the customer service counter at one of three grocery stores nearby (they have WU available at customer service, even though it is two different grocery chains), and the only problems I've ever had were when the receiver information provided was wrong, or the vendor emailed to tell me he / she didn't have the product I wanted in stock after all.  On those occasions, it was a bit of a pain in the ass to fill out the forms and make the call to get my funds returned (minus the transfer fee), but that's the extent of the problems I've had with them, and I've been using them since '98, gold card member and all.

MG, on the other hand, interrogates me so thoroughly at their locations that I can't even deal with them anymore.  I'm not blacklisted with them, I just don't want to waste a perfectly good Ks@l@l half an hour before going to use them, they really act like every transaction they process is shady / illegal, especially when sending the the area we usually send to.

Pretty sure I JUST got blacklisted from WU too. I sat through the first interrogation,  I mean interview.....and now they've called me back the next day (I didnt answer, just got the vm) and they need more information.... Idk whether to call back or not. I think I'll either just start using the CIM method or MG. It's scary!  But I don't think LE is involved.  Man I hope not!!

i know a girl working for w.u and she tells me she has a list of countries that I,d must be provided if sending money to these countries ,

I am banned from both MG and WU based on repeated transactions to a certain region years ago.  I got the interrogation and told them it was a charity group, and any other questions would be handled by my attorney.  They never called again and I have never used them since.  Do not speak with them anymore.

il await a couple weeks again to see if my transaction can go through to Zone again, i tried 3 times all 3 transaction denied and i had to wait 6days for refund fro WU

MG and WU got their own internal security department which decides that there is a potential risk involved in certain transaction  and therefore the sender or receiver has to be blacklisted . I have a friend working at MG and she explained in details. It has absolutely nothing to do with the LE nor they are notified.

they didn't specify, they gave me some scripted bs , like if we gave this info out it would compromise their system, and ppl would work around it and figure another way... i just created another wu account and spelled my name a different way lol

Hi, only experience from my country :

Many customers have told me in recent times have problems with payment  WU/MG.. but more WU

they are very similar policies, but big view it WU. basic rule these transactions, if often pays one or two people at the same time, of course you're suspicious .. WU wants to permanently blacklist of this transaction, as long as they do not prove the contrary you legot payment..as all other metod payment.

When they go to their suspicion, you're already at the beginning of the black list ..
In system comes out already mentioned the names of government.. Every person has permission to appeal, as I said at the beginning, until the contrary is proved by two or more persons...

Often pay the same person can not be good !! This 2 person get blacklist, sometimes in the same moment..

little more attention on these transactions,
because you, do not YOU have to be suspicious, but the reason may be another person, because it receives payment from many, many more people.

can not be normal if a person receives a transaction with many people and different countries ..

All limited is safe... good luck to everyone in further transactions ..

I have always been to hesitant to do WU and MG. Last time I did was 4 years ago to a blacklist (with 700 plus pages of okay reviews) here on DGB...I felt worse after the unmarked, pressed tight candy came

I tried used the WU app this morning, got a MCTN, thought all was well, then I had a message stating my money transfer with WU had to be verified and if they needed to contact me for more information they would. Or I could go to WU agent/store. So I immediately cancelled the app transfer, I am headed to do the transfer at an actual brick and mortar facility like Walgreens. I really did not need to sit around and wait on WU to possibly call me asking a bunch of questions. I am a gold member card holder so I hope going to Walgreens or a local grocery won't be a problem. I've only used WU 1 time so I hope I do not run into any problems, feedback welcome!

I use Moneygram online, usually without any hiccups, but if you go to a MG store, you will be fine - providing that your vendor accepts MG also.

Never had an issue with WU, apart from them taking too long to transfer money!
