It’s been a subject of some discussion lately, but Rarechems has dropped some firsthand insight to help clarify the state of things. fyi:

In particular, the gadgets i.d. DCK & 2F-DCK as good ol’ K, and thus are off the menu for good ol’ US of A. I’m sure other close relations to banished compounds are suffering collateral damage, too. It’ll be up to some crafty hero to make these exotic therapies available to us suffering citizens of central N America.

yeah it seems like any ACH comin in from EU (possibly elsewhere too) are most likely guaranteed to be seized. its so weird to me that its diss0s rather than other classes but I wont claim gvmts ever do really any thing that makes sense. 

 
@Drunkensmurf Looks like that article was ‘18? From what @tesseract and others on this site have mentioned, seems it’s been in the works for usps / cbp / whomever since then. It’s slow-motion suspense watching (US) states undertake decriminalization / deprioritization while the (US) feds undertake tech / policy upgrades to keep the drug war humming along. Maybe we end up with some version of Amsterdam over here? Seems doubtful given NL’s own reconsideration of their policies—establishing the de facto Silicon Valley for “alternative” therapies / recreation ;) But, hey, international cooperation on innovation in drug policy is the way forward. The Dutch shouldn’t have to go it alone. Anyway, sucks for us...

 
@strungoutinheaven thanks for that. It seems to have not really affected packs coming in for me so far. But I also dont ask for the ones you listed earlier. Hopefully this wont get worse. Crossing my fingers for the best. Stay safe out there!
