I'm glad to be here.   I am someone who is trying to cope with longstanding orthopedic pain issues.   I am coping well now because I have an adequate supply of the meds that I need to function normally.  In fact, from time to time, I reduce or discontinue their use so that they will remain effective.   I know that some folks don't have that luxury and I know that some folks are struggling with more difficult problems than I face.   

Anyway, I'm very happy to be aboard and hope that by participation I can contribute and learn.   -  McFriendly

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
