Glad I found this sight.   I have chronic aniexty and I'm here to get advice on how some may handle this daily.   Looking forward to reading and meeting new people.    

 
Welcome @Sanfran, we have many more who suffer the same, and many coping strategies. It's good to have you here, have a good look around, the search function is very useful!
