Increase in “Legitimate” medications

I’m posting this because it’s come to my attention that certain items have become much more accessible in recent months and I’m skeptical given that prescribing Norms haven’t changed for the better. I’m referring specifically to “Dilaudid”. Can anyone offer some insight into whether the majority of these are counterfeit or what’s actually going on
