I seem to share a résumé with many other new members here, long time PR member and very long time DB member.  Those forums were great and quite distinct from one another.  But that is the past.  I remember them and their personalities with fondness while at the same time I am so very happy to find DBG.

I've been looking around here tonight and can see that there are plenty of differences that I'll need to become familiar with.  I look forward to doing that and becoming acquainted with the contributors here, striking up some new relationships and possibly reuniting with some of my old contacts.

I'm sure I'll never have the highest post count, I don't get time enough to post as often as I would like, sometimes I just find it relaxing to see the interesting things other people have to say.  But, I do very much enjoy participating in forums like this and I like to think that I have information, experience and insight to offer and I really enjoy exchanging ideas.

So, thanks for being here and for letting me be a part of it all!

I actually find this site a lot more kind. Haven't noticed the same level of "know it all" as we often experienced on PR. Regardless--grateful to be here and learn from this forum. Must have looked crazy to see all of us suddenly pour in onto their site. Ha

There are so many great folks here!

Welcome, General Tso! (I love your chicken!)

I was really upset when I thought my time on PR was lost, but then I found this place. There were a handful of familiar faces, initially, and now more just keep pouring in. CatintheHat and others have been making us all feel welcome.

happy another PR member (and old DB member) has joined us! i'm growing quite fond of DBG. nice forum & happy that they are accepting of all of us newbies -yet- old-timers. /default_wink.png

  1. L @ lovOFopisndwn: back at ya cannedgoods, have a good one
  2. cannedgoods @ cannedgoods: Happy Day everyone! Hope you all receive some blessings today!
  3. A @ AnnaSofia: he has a hat with names of cartoon villains to fill federal jobs. but keeps re-doing it till he gets who he wants lol
  4. xenxra @ xenxra: I found out through discussions with my PI that federal LE has two proprietary tools for tracing monero but it's only forward tracing.
  5. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Amazing how presidental bs can disrupt an entire mailing system. I mean it was already a hot mess.. just always crazy to watch the trickling effect.
  6. GR8 ChemS @ GR8 ChemS: Hello tonall my brotherd
  7. RiftChems @ RiftChems: USPS also lost 10 billion this year since raising rates. they have been a mess for a long time but its only getting worse
  8. xenxra @ xenxra: @uncharted unfortunately a lot of this bs can be tied back to trump appointing louis dejoy to the four letter during his last term. he had this whole plan to "modernize" their ops by gutting sorting machines and shutting down/consolidating sorting centers plus he has conflict of interest holding shares in private courier companies. if trump does take office, it's probably going to get much worse.
  9. uncharted @ uncharted: @RiftChems It's very reassuring it's not just happening in my city but other's as well, which makes getting a sense of when this whole "slow-down" started easier to pinpoint. Hopefully the next president in office appoints someone to "save the day" aka undo the problems they caused in the first place.
  10. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Not to mention USPS is the biggest mail thief. Check out articles, they exist. They steal because they know they can get away with it. Purposely don't update etc.. and we are coming into winter so now it's gonna be really bad.
  11. rockychoc @ rockychoc: You should really read up on USPS. They have warehouses of untracked mail basically gone. Workers even post the bs from within those warehouses stating managers won't do crap.
  12. RiftChems @ RiftChems: @uncharted its been like this since just before the election. before the election my stuff was scanning then sitting in transit for days with no update. Now sometimes there are 20+ packs with no scan (customers freaking out) and then it updates all the way in their city.
  13. uncharted @ uncharted: I think you might be right about holiday backlog I just would not have expected it so soon this year
  14. xenxra @ xenxra: @Droplogic the one on rentry?
  15. Droplogic @ Droplogic: Beware of the collectivelist; blackmailer
  16. xenxra @ xenxra: feels like the holiday backlog kicked in during like september this year honestly
  17. uncharted @ uncharted: @RiftChems They really have been all over the place this week. Express order's taking way longer than they should and as you mentioned seemingly no scanning at all. This can't be the start of the holiday season, can it?
  18. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Problem *
  19. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Lol I swear we need to start a vendor only thread to warn each other about "probelm clients"
  20. johnnywan @ johnnywan: @PHXINC We can go for a walk in the park while we handle our business. Kill two birds.
