Hi all just a quick introduction: 40 y Male mental Health Nurse

If I can be an assistance to anyone in this area just ask.

Good knowledge in depression and anxiety meds

Also keen interest in type 2 diabetes, have good access to latest research

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
