Is bu-rc legit?

He was quite the efficient and rock star vendor for about,  erm, 2 months last summer.  Then he fell off the face of the earth. Avoid like the plague

 
Big ups use to be the man, but went scam end of summer, went selective scam when they came back in oct. then back to scam.

it’s a bummer.
